1. Use of the Service

• You are responsible for all activity under your account.

• You agree to use the Service only for personal, non-commercial purposes and in accordance with all applicable laws.

2. Medical Disclaimer – This Is Important

Autoimmune Health Tracker is a wellness and tracking tool it is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

• Information and insights provided by the app are for informational purposes only.

• Always consult your doctor or qualified healthcare professional before making any medical decisions or changes to your treatment plan.

• We do not guarantee that the insights, reports, or patterns shown will be accurate or complete.

• You are solely responsible for how you use the data you enter and the reports you generate or share.

3. Your Content & Health Data

• You own all the health data you enter into the app.

• You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, display, and process your data only as needed to provide and improve the Service (e.g., generating reports, showing your dashboard, providing insights).

• You can delete your data or account at any time (see our Privacy Policy for details).

4. Family/Caregiver Sharing

When you invite family members or caregivers:

• You are responsible for getting their consent to view your shared data.

• You can revoke access at any time.

5. Prohibited Conduct

Please don’t:

• Use the Service to harm others or break the law

• Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the Service

• Share your account credentials or impersonate anyone

• Use automated tools to scrape or access the Service

6. Availability & Changes

• We’ll do our best to keep the Service running smoothly, but we can’t guarantee 100% uptime.

• We may update, change, or discontinue features at any time (we’ll try to give notice when it’s a big change).

7. Termination

• You can stop using the Service and delete your account anytime.

• We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we need to protect the Service or our community.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law:

• The Service is provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind.

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of data or health-related issues) arising from your use of the Service.

• Our total liability will never exceed $100 USD.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, USA (without regard to conflict of law principles). Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Oregon.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We’ll notify you by email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.
